The man's guitar playing is revolutionary, having inspired an endless list of high-profile guitarists across the hard rock and metal spectrum from Kirk Hammett, Dave Mustaine, Adrian Smith, Dimebag Darrell and Randy Rhoads to Mike McCready, Georgy Lynch, Warren DeMartini, Criss Olivia and Joe Satriani. Schenker always moves forward while acknowledging his past. For his new album Resurrection, Schenker has enlisted not one, not two, not three, but four vocalists he has worked with in the past to provide their vocal talents to the album. Those being Robin McAuley, Graham Bonnet, Doogie White and Gary Barden. Each vocalist sings on a select number of tracks, with only two of the tracks: "Warrior" and "The Last Supper" featuring all four vocalists.
